Are you a dynamic IT Project Manager ready to lead a high-impact digital transformation? We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the execution of a front end web development which integrates multiple core systems, align IT initiatives with business goals while ensuring the project meets all technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead external vendors and internal teams to deliver a complex IT project integrating multiple core systems into a seamless customer-facing front-end environment.
- Strategic Implementation: Oversee all phases of Project Jupiter, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to technical standards.
- Technical Expertise: Possess experience in front-end website development and leveraging social media for lead generation and marketing.
- Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Implement Agile and Scrum frameworks, planning sprints, conducting stand-ups, and managing deliverables through tools like Jira or Trello.
- Team Leadership: Manage an external software development team, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Business Integration: Work across business units to drive efficiencies, productivity gains, and customer experience improvements.
- Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to support user adoption and seamless technology integration.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and drive organisational learning.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse project outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance technology and business processes.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure data integrity in all technological implementations.
- Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and growth.
- Internal Support: Provide technical troubleshooting and support to improve IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

Education & Experience
